training and certification courses to ensure that your employees can
rapidly and successfully understand, implement and use Excelergy software
technology. Our unique, comprehensive approach features small class
sizes and a heavy emphasis on personal guidance and instruction by
certified professionals. Courses can be easily customized and packaged
to meet your company's specific needs.
Typically, two types of courses are offered during the life cycle
of an Excelergy product implementation:
Core Team Certification
Core Team Certification consists of functional
and technical training for the members of your organization who
will implement Excelergy products, including department managers,
team leaders, business analysts and project managers. This course
prepares these individuals to understand and easily work with the
products, determine the appropriate business and technical requirements,
and rapidly and successfully implement Excelergy's products in the
current client environment.
End-User Training
End-User Training consists of functional training for the members
of your organization that will be using the system following implementation,
including customer service representatives, billing specialists
and any other employees who will be involved with our products.
This training is coordinated with the "go-live" date of the system(s)
in order to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information to
the most critical client staff members.
