Julia is an ambitious business and technology executive, credited with over 20 years of vast, resilient leadership in the energy industry. She is an ally and proponent of effective change, ever striving and strives for quality execution, innovation, and client success. As an Executive Vice President at Harris Computer, she is responsible for a portfolio of businesses in the deregulated retail energy space, currently in the midst of tackling experiencing major global expansion.
Julia is also actively engaged in the Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) processes within Harris, focusing on identifying global acquisition opportunities in the vertical market software space. She is focused on guiding an organization to deliver technology solutions that advance the strategic needs of the business. She has extensive experience in evolving and transforming organizations, always with an eye on incrementally moving the needle towards greater business and operational success. Julia has both academic and practical knowledge in building global businesses and looks at global expansion initiatives as a necessity, seeing it as a genuine driver for opportunity and growth.
She attended McMaster University where she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce, and furthered her education later in life, attaining her MBA through DeVry’s Keller Graduate School in the USA.
Robert joined Harris in October 2011. He leads multiple IT solution portfolios for Harris and brings strong leadership and a next generation vision to the development, hosting and delivery of the platform using a global team of developers, software engineers and IT specialists.
The voice of the customer is loud and clear in Robert’s approach to software solution delivery, and he understands the challenges customers face today in a rapidly evolving IT industry with ever increasing customer demands for technology.
Robert brings with him over 21 years of IT software development experience across hosting both cloud and on-premise platforms that deliver proven open, secure and scalable software solutions to our clients, Robert is well versed in guiding the Excelergy portfolio into serving energy markets both now and into the future.
Richard joined Harris in January 2021. He leads the Professional Services function and brings a strong Development and Software Project Delivery background to the Professional Services team. Richard understands the challenges an organization faces implementing software solutions when it’s not the organizations core competency. Richard brings experience, focus and strategy to the preparation, deployment and Hypercare of client implementation and services engagement.
With over 25 years of IT experience in full lifecycle development and deployment on local, regional and global projects and program, Richard is well versed to provide expertise on project success.
Jessalynn joined Harris in 2023 with over 25 years experience leading Customer Service teams across several industries including transportation, banking, healthcare, and most recently the utilities industry. Having spent most of her career as the “client”, she has a unique perspective to understand the needs of her clients as they work together to develop software solutions to various business needs.
Jessalynn has a strong understanding of what it takes to implement a large-scale technology project, especially considering the impact on staff and customers. She supports her clients through her thought leadership in all stages from developing the business strategy to implementation and realization of the business benefits.
Jessalynn attended Wilfrid Laurier University where she obtained a Bachelor of Business degree. After working for a few years, she attended the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario and obtained her MBA. She currently lives in Ontario with her 2 children and the family cat.
