Ms. Shepherd is Nexant’s VP, RevenueManager and leads development, QA, customer support, and worldwide implementation for the Nexant RevenueManager software suite. She is focused on RevenueManager development, testing and customer support processes to continuously improve the quality of the software and increase customer satisfaction. Before joining Nexant, Ms. Shepherd served as VP at Excelergy (acquired by Nexant in 2009), where she led the services and development teams. Previously, Ms. Shepherd was a business and technical analyst for several companies architecting and overseeing process redesign and system implementation. She holds a B.S. in international management from Boston University.
